The notary almost fell off his chair, when he heard that Annet and Folkert signed the purchase contract without seeing the inside of the house. The couple was tipped that the house came for sale. In the evening Folkert went over to have a look. What he saw in the dark was a garden full of trees and a meadow with horses. “And behind it a beautiful landscape.
