Michel, Denise and their children Juliette and Tom live in this beautiful detached villa with thatched roof. At the back of the house you overlook the water to a large nature reserve. It is an old building from 1931 and when they bought it it was not inhabited for 4 years. Those who came for a viewing of the house were reluctant to carry out the massive renovation to make the house habitable again. Michel and Denis saw the potential of the house and after a complete renovation, the dilapidated villa was transformed into a beautiful home. The interior has a white, light base. It is minimalistic but warm. There is not an abundance of accessories, but what you see are unique pieces, often taken home from one of their travels, brocante finds or family heirlooms. And then preferably mixed with design. So it has its own unique style.
