When staying in their Burgundy summerhouse, Heleen and Carst live the simple life: reading a favourite novel, enjoying home cooked meals under the old fig tree, having a glass of wine next to the fireplace. The interior of their renovated farm perfectly reflects this love for simplicity. It’s rather sparsely furnished with basic beauties, leaving room for the authentic characteristics of the house and an unpretentious yet charming decoration of flea market finds, which add a sparkling touch of colour.
