Sara, Abe and their two children Ewi May and Bowe recently emigrated from the Netherlands to Sweden, to the village of Rörvik. Their wooden house, completely in the Swedish style, is surrounded by apple trees, a flower garden and a large piece of forest. They pick fresh fruit such as cherries and red berries from the vegetable garden. Sara loves to visit thrift shops (“loppis” in Sweden) and turn their house into nice cosy corners over and over again. She doesn’t mind getting behind the sewing machine tow sew beautiful cushion covers. Or to paint a wall with different patterns in the nursery, Sara can often be found in her hobby room with cupboards full of fabrics.
