Thirteen years ago Marjanne and Izak bought a large plot to start a tree nursery and to build a house. Neither costs nor efforts were spared to design a complete new home with the looks of an authentic farmhouse. They created a cottage interior, with a lot of white and bright details and…a bar in the kitchen. But they never used the bar and it became a real barrier. Last year this couple decided to give their lovely house a complete renovation. They had the bar removed and designed a beautiful new kitchen with a rustic style, fitted with all modern conveniences for cooking with family and friends. They also changed the colours of their living room and what a differences this makes! It seems like they changed their complete interior, but nothing is less true!
