In a village in the east of the Netherlands Sabine and Mario designed and built a detached house for their family with four children. A beautiful, sober house, which forms the perfect basis for the rural, sturdy interior that Sabine loves so much. But in the newly built house their old furniture did not match at all. All the spaces were many times larger. Sabine and Mario decided to realise a new interior over time. Because according to Sabine you shouldn’t do something like that all at once. “A new interior, no matter how well you know your taste and style, has to grow.” The style that Sabine likes the most is rural and sober.
