This imposing house with a thatched roof of Lianne and her family is situated in the middle of the woods. They bought the lot three years ago and started to renovate. Lianne was very eager to get the house exactly the way she had in mind. That occasionally took a lot of persuasion, but it worked. “This house contains all the ideas that I had in mind for years,” she says. “Fortunately it was the second time we built a new house, otherwise I could never have gotten it so perfect.”
