This family home was built in 1904 and is situated in Haarlem, a lovely town near Amsterdam. After a thorough renovation in 2016 they were able to move into the house. They have kept the originals details which makes these houses so charming. The decoration is a mix of finds on flea markets, gifts of close friends or relatives and carefully chosen items by Marieke. It was the shape, colour or just because she liked it that she chose for the little statues the cupboard with carvings a find on ‘Marktplaats’ or the beautiful lamp above the dining table designed by ‘Pepe Heykoop’. The result is a comfortable and cosy place to live for this lovely family.
