Nelleke and Jan were looking for an old house about seven years ago. They fell in love with this charming little farmhouse from 1900. It had everything they had ever dreamed of. It is located in an idyllic rural part in the south of the Netherlands. They love this place; the feeling of freedom and the friendly atmosphere which feels like the village where they were born. Everyone greets each other raise their hands when you are ging for a wald with the dog. They no longer have the stress of commuting, Nelleke steps over the gate and gets to work in her studio. She loves to draw and paint, which gives her peace of mind. She enjoys teaching, during her watercolor course it is really fun.
