In October 2021, Danielle and Peter bought this mansion from 1892. Other interested parties were hesitant because the building had been split into two apartments. This couple dared to do it and turned it into a family home at an unprecedented pace. Everything had to be tackled so they decided to hire a contractor for the major jobs. Danielle takes care of every detail and Peter is the technical man, he has, among other things, provided a heat pump and solar panels. There is no longer a gas connection in this area and they generate most of the electricity themselves. The layout has been modified by moving the kitchen on the ground floor from the back to the center of the ground. All rooms now have their own function and together they form a wonderful and light family home.
