Eric and Angelique bought the building that used to be their primary school and turned it into their home. It was closed in 1980 because there were not enough students anymore. The school has been used as a storage for 24 years and it was not well maintained when they bought it. Because they did not have a deadline, they have been renovating, improvising, refurbishing and enjoying it all these years. The house is 229 m2 and is build on a plot of 2200m2. This also gives them enough space to make other dreams come true, such as keeping goats, chickens and three ducks. Two years ago they also started a vegetable garden. Regurlaly people pass by who used to go to this school and they love to take a ‘peek’.
