Little gem

When you dream of spending a few days, weeks or even a year in Provence, many images of beautiful possible homes come to mind. From stone farmhouses set amidst lush vineyards to old town houses covered in greenery, and of course little village houses such as Vicki Archer’s Petit Bijou (‘little gem’ in French). This is a home away from home located in the delightful village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence – itself also a little jewel – a place that has inspired artists throughout the centuries who have always been drawn to the light of Provence like bees to honey.
