Les Fleurs d’Olargues is the romantic name for an equally romantic auberge in Olargues, a picture perfect village in the French Haute Languedoc, run by a Danish family with a passion for (slow)food and brocante. Once build as a stopover for diligences, the old building now houses six guestrooms with an interior full of roses and romance. The best of simplicity goes for the menu too, served next door, in a former Citroën garage.
