Les Deux Alines, this is the name of the great old French house because there has always lived an Aline here and the current resident also carries this name. After searching and viewing many homes, William and Aline finally came across to this house in a small, sleepy French village in the Haute Marne. Very neglected and a lot of overdue maintenance but luckily they could see the possibilites of this house. They fully restored the in- and outside of the house. There are several rooms; a cosy kitchen, one where Aline can paint but what is especially remarkable is the use of colour. All rooms are painted in a different colour, making it cozy but most of all a happy decor. The furniture is a mix of antique and brocante and this suits very in the French countryside
