Josephine is a designer and lives with her husband and 3 boys since 2014 in Eefde. The family moved from Amsterdam to this former shop with shed. The previous occupants had done nothing to the house since the eighties, so a lot had to be done. But Josephine is handy and she has done most of the restauration with the help of her father. The kitchen and the sofa in the living room are her own design. During the renovation she took some breaks to have time for her own creative work. Josephine designs, amongst other things, toys and objects influenced by nature. She runs her own company ‘Laine Maison’. Here in Eefde the family especially enjoys being outside in the garden, in nature!
