Lodge ‘De Kukel’ is inspired by many holiday homes and B&B’s witch the owners visited in recent years abroad and in The Netherlands. They started realising their own holiday home in 2018. At that time they had the opportunity to buy a house in Zwaag (West Friesland). Behind the house was a barn and a large piece of land. This was the start of their dream: guest house “de Kukel”. In this project of renovation, styling and landscaping, they were able to put all their ideas. “De Kukel” is a place to relax and enjoy the good things in life and they are happy to share this special place their guests.
