Boskoop is a village in the Netherlands with a long history of market gardens and nurseries. Here you find the country home of Debora Treep a professor in urban green and nature management. In this green idyll is a large greenhouse, which is a meeting point for creative people where they can work, debate, eat and drink under the swining vines. Flowers, bushes and apple trees grow around the greenhouse. A very special apple called ‘Goudreinet’ is used in the famous Dutch apple pies.
