Jannie and Allard’s garden in the village of Ten Post, Groningen looks natural and self-evident, as if it had always been that way. Jannie is quite casual about it, because she has never made a strict garden plan. Everything that grows and blooms here has been selected and planted purely on feeling. An eye-catcher in the garden is the gypsy wagon, a popular spot in the garden. When Jannie sits here, she is surrounded by greenery. “If I haven’t been outside for a day, the day hasn’t been good.”
