In a typical Amsterdam corner house in the center of Amsterdam live Helma and Jeroen with their two children. They renovated the house themselves and turned it into a cozy family home. They have used a lot of old panel doors like for the cabinets, walls and even the ceiling. Everywhere you look you will see quirky details and unique finds. Together they form a motley collection, Helma likes to call this “chic upcycled”. During Christmas time they decorate the house with vintage baubles like the homemade tree of fabric. She likes to bake so it is evident that there are lots of traditional turban-shaped fruit-cake on the table.
