Small lights on the stairs, a real Nordmann tree in the living room and glass bell jars with tidbits in the kitchen. Alie loves an atmospheric but easy-going Christmas. That is the reason she always prepares the three-course dinner for her family -that is served on Christmas Eve- down to the last detail. The reason? She doesn’t want to be in the kitchen too much on the evening itself. “And as soon as Christmas is over, I slowly start to clean up the decorations. I want to start the New Year in a clean, fresh and quiet house.”
