Hanneke lives in the northern part of The Netherlands, in a newly built house that she shares with her husband and kids. Although the interior lacks the charm of old characteristics it’s warm and cosy, and incredibly atmospheric at Christmas time. Hannekes secret: natural materials, the use of colour (with bright blues adding a Scandinavian feel), a lovely sense for styling (mixing old and new) and a stunning collection of antique X-mas decorations, gathered over many years and turning this home into a feast for the eyes.
